You spend a lot of time thinking about your clients. Their goals. Their priorities. Their problems. What needs to happen next.
Meanwhile, your own business is still asking for attention too.
There are clients to support, proposals to write, relationships to nurture, marketing to keep up with, follow-ups, admin, and all the other things that come with being the person wearing most of the hats.
And somewhere on the list is: Make time to think about my own business.
The problem is, that time can be hard to find.
December moves fast. Everyone is trying to wrap things up before the holidays. Client requests keep coming. Calendars get weird. Then January arrives, and the day-to-day starts moving again before you’ve had much time to think about where you actually want your business to go.
That’s why we’re doing this in November.
Make Space for Your Business is a 90-minute guided working session designed to give you structure, tools, and dedicated time to focus on your own business before the year-end rush takes over.
Dorian Cunion, Executive Coach at Your Path Coaching and Consulting, and Cristina Martinez de Andino, Strategy + People Consultant at CMdA Consulting, will guide you through reflection and planning activities to help you look back, think forward, and begin shaping your Q1 priorities and action plan.

You’ll also leave with a workbook you can continue refining after the session, plus a few simple ways to use AI as a thinking partner to pressure-test ideas, dig deeper, and turn big thoughts into clearer next steps.
