Month 1: Strategic Vision & Goal Setting:
Start the year by defining your vision for 2026, and identify the key metrics you will track.
Month 2: Overcoming Setbacks.
Discuss common reasons goals are not hit, and ways to increase success rate.
Month 3: Marketing with Confidence:
Learn the crawl, walk, run approach to establishing your social media strategy.
Month 4: Systems, Delegation & Operational Improvement:
Discover how to delegate effectively so that you can free up your time to grow.
Month 5: Leadership, Team Empowerment & HR:
Explore ways to grow the talent around you so that you can scale your business.
Month 6: Growth, Customer Loyalty and Verification:
Conduct mid-year check in, and identify what additional changes you need to reach goals.
What to expect:
Group Coaching Format: 90-Miunte Sessions are held once a month.
Opportunity to network, and build community with other business owners.
Virtual: 4th Friday of the month at 11:00 AM
Expert Guidance: The program will incorporate expertise in Financial projections, Operations, System, Delegation, HR, and Leadership
Space is limited to 6 business owners per group.

After 20+ years of leading teams within one of the world's largest retailers, I decided to launch Your Path Coaching and Consulting.
I take the lessons learned from my executive career to help business owners transition from being owner operators, to CEOs.
I know first-hand how hard it is to own a business. For the last 6 years I have been the co-owner of Your Path Counseling Center, a mental health practice based in Ashland Virginia.
